MOC: SS 304, 16 gauge. SS lids; Provided.
Ultrasonic Power: 2000 watts (average)- using Solid State Technology.
Frequency: 30+/ -3 KHz
Transducers: PZT type (piezo-electric) crystals bonded at the bottom and two opp. side of the tank- depending on objects to be cleaned.
Heaters: Heater with 4.5 KW capacity provided for with thermostatic temp. controller.

MOC: SS304, 16 gauge. SS lids: Provided.
Heaters: Heater with 6.0 KW capacity provided with Digital Temp. Controller.
Air Blower: Air-blower with suitable baffles is provided to maintain uniform temp. in the drying chamber.
Exhaust port: Adjustable port is provided to drive the moisture out, for the Drying Chamber.
General: Suitable Heat Insulation is provied as required. The Ultrasonic Generator and Cleaning Chambers are housed in powder coated MS babinets.The Power supply required is 3 phase, 4 wire system with proper earthing.

Digital Timer, Digital Temp. Controller are provided as optional features. The chamber is and Ultrasonic power ultrasonic Power unit shall be custom designed to suit individual requirement.
